Terms of Refund & Cancellation


In the event that any order has been placed, the customer will have to send an email to accounts@chetmani.com within 12 hours of the date of placing the order. 
The email should contain the necessary information, including the customer’s name, contact number and address, as well as the Order number/id. 
The order will remain canceled as of the date and time the customer receives the email confirmation. 
The refund process for any pre-paid order will begin as soon as the email confirmation is received, and will be completed within two to five working days from the date of cancellation.
Customized orders of Bracelet or Mala may only be canceled within the next 12 hours of the date the order was placed.

1. Tampered Packaging:
In the unfortunate event that you receive a product with tampered packaging, please do not accept the delivery.
Contact our Customer Support Team immediately at accounts@chetmani.com / orders@chetmani.com to report the issue.
We will initiate an investigation and guide you through the appropriate steps to resolve the matter promptly.


2. Used Products:
To maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used.
Please carefully inspect your jewellery upon receipt to ensure it meets your expectations.
If you have any concerns about the product’s condition, contact our Customer Support Team within 1 days of receiving your order.

3. Return and Exchange Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, contact our Customer Support Team within 1 days of receiving your order.
Provide the order number, details of the issue, and any supporting images if applicable.
Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.


4. Conditions for Return or Exchange:
The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns or exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

5. Refund or Replacement:
Upon successful inspection, you will be eligible for a refund or a replacement, as per your preference.
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.
Replacements will be shipped to you at the earliest convenience.
